Spend a lazy Sunday at beautiful Penguin Beach fossicking for jasper and other pretty rocks.

When: Sunday, November 17th, 2019, 11am-2pm

Where: Penguin Beach followed by Penguin Creek Gallery

Host: Jasmine Rocca & Alena Leek

Cost: $130pp

What to bring: Refreshments and a light snack will be available at the gallery cafe. Please bring lunch if you need and a water bottle. Fruit will be provided. Please bring a fossicking basket/bag.

Please wear comfortable, warm clothes that you don’t mind getting messy.

We will spend a glorious Spring Sunday fossicking on Penguin beach then take our treasures up to the Penguin Creek Gallery where we will polish them and turn them into a set of earrings (stainless steel studs) and learn to macrame wrap our favourite rock into a necklace.

Make something for someone special or keep your creations for yourself. This workshop will be relaxed and is for all skill levels.

The creating space: Penguin Creek Gallery is a beautiful building brimming with the local talent’s work and a cosy cafe making it the ultimate place to create! Right on the main road overlooking the ocean so we will walk up after our fossicking.

Only 7 places in this workshop so book now to avoid disappointment.
