Forest bathing session

The Experience

Experience the deep healing of the Tasmanian rainforest. You’ll be taken on a 1hr silent mindful walk into a private rainforest of towering gums, velvety thick moss-covered floors, striking fungi and exquisite man ferns. You’ll cross two creeks but the walk will be of easy grade.

Upon reaching the waterfall destination you will drink a herbal bush tea blend and lie on a blanket for 20mins of sensory forest bathing. You will be left alone for this part.

A local Tasmanian produce platter will then be prepared for you.

OPTIONAL: You may like to dip into the waterfall. Please remember a towel if you wish to do this. It will be cold but you won’t regret it.

On the walk back you are encouraged to point out all the beautiful things you see and hear. We guarantee you will be restored with clarity, calm and sureness.
