Waldeinsamkeit

A German term that is derived from the words wald (woods) and ensamkeit (solitude), waldeinsamkeit is the feeling of being alone in the woods, and at one with nature.

SILENT BUSH WALKING | SKETCHING | JOURNALING | PICNIC

A unique opportunity to re-balance and relax in our beautiful Tasmanian Bush away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Be prepared to go off-grid and fully immerse yourself in the forest of Jackey’s Marsh at the base of the Western Tiers.

Beginning with a silent walk into the bush, to tune into nature, and clear the mind, there will be intervals to stop and sketch, chat and write.

Whether its the secluded peaceful feeling of the bush you are after or the chance to brush up on your sketching and journaling,  Bush Zen is your chance to escape and meditate. Creative writing and visual diaries to be provided along with a gourmet tassie picnic. Please be sure to list any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking form.
